Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is one of the impatient wings of Indira Gandhi Govt. College, Tezu. Which is established years backs to evaluate the performance, and assess of each and every activity of the college through which the accreditation process is made. Basically, IQAC is established as a quality sustenance measure which is a continuous process and strives it level best towards the realization of the goal of the quality enhancement and sustenance.
The prime task of IQAC, IGGC, Tezu is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution. The IQAC of IGGC is performing its activities as per the revised guideline framed by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore, which is engaged in internalization and institutionalization of quality enhancement initiatives. The Prime task of IQAC, IGGC, Tezu is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution. The IQAC of IGGC is performing its activities as per the revised guideline framed by the national assessment and accreditation. However, the success of IQAC depends upon the sense of belongingness and participation in all the stack holder related to the institution. Basically, the IQAC will have to act as facilitators and participative organ of an institution, which is considered as a vehicle for ushering in quality enhancement by working out the planned strategies so as to remove the deficiency and enhance the quality of the institution.
